Liquid Damage Cover
Sentinel will replace device in the event of the device coming in contact with Liquid. The replacement device will be a pre-owned device that is one generation less than the damaged device.
Samsung & iPhone – One replacement in 6months

Trade in
This initiative allows customers exchange their old functional device for a brand new one in store.
Upgrade
This allows existing Sentinel customers to upgrade at a discount when the next flagship device is launched. The Device is valued at the following percentages of the device cost within the respective purchase period:
0-4 Months – 60% cost of the Device
5-12 Months -50% cost of the Device
Loaner Device
A Loaner Device is a Temporary Device given to a Customer during the period or repair of the Customer’s device as a Stop–gap.
Device Replacement
Device is replaced if not recovered in 7 days.

Device Locking
The Device locking technology is one of our strongest value proposition as it is beneficial to all stakeholders. It allows for a device to be controlled remotely and inaccessible to unauthorized users. This can be used for anti-theft protection, disincentive for loan default, strong antivirus protection from loss of data, block unauthorized access to sensitive data. This feature is embedded in the hardware of a device making it almost impossible to be uninstalled.
